🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure & program BMS systems (Honeywell, Schneider, Siemens, etc.)

• Review MEP/ELV drawings for BMS integration

• Install controllers, DDC panels, sensors, and field devices

• Integrate HVAC, lighting, fire alarms & ELV systems

• System commissioning, troubleshooting & dashboard reprogramming

• Prepare control schematics, drawings, IO lists, manuals

• Coordinate with MEP consultants, vendors, & contractors

• Train facility teams & prepare AMC checklists

🎓 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical

• 3–5 years of BMS experience (UAE preferred)

• Familiar with BACnet, Modbus, KNX, Niagara, EcoStruxure, etc.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office

• Excellent troubleshooting & communication skills

• ✅ UAE Driving License – Mandatory
