AYA Boutique Holiday Home Rental is seeking a strategic and resourceful Business Development Manager to lead the charge in onboarding premium units in Dubai’s top locations —without relying on marketing-generated leads.

Your Mission:

Onboard high-end properties in prime Dubai areas—through your own business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure premium properties for short-term rental

Build and manage strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and developers

Work independently to generate leads, pitch our services, and close deals

Collaborate effectively with the marketing team—you won’t execute campaigns, but you must understand their process, strategy, and tools

✅ Requirements:

Proven success in business development within real estate, property management, or short-term rentals

Strong network within Dubai’s premium property market

UAE driving license and access to a car (mandatory)

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Multi-lingual is a plus!

Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals—not to execute, but to effectively collaborate and align with the marketing team

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive attitude
