• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure construction work complies with local codes, regulations, and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Resolve design or construction issues as they arise.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
