We’re looking for experienced Mill Operators to support production and maintenance operations for key materials like Barite and Bentonite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor mill machinery and control panels.
• Maintain and operate crushers to achieve production targets.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Supervise material loading and ensure process accuracy.
• Handle transfer and milling of materials such as Barite, Bentonite, Calcium, and Marble.
• Manage bulk truck filling while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain operational records and report daily activities to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Diploma preferred.
• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience (preferably in the oil industry).
• Hands-on experience with mill and crusher operations.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Safety-conscious and dependable.
• Flexible to work in morning or evening shifts.
