Overview: This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and shape some of the region’s most iconic real estate developments. The selected candidate will take on a senior leadership position within a reputed real estate and construction organization, driving project excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of major real estate and construction projects.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while maintaining quality, budget, and timeline targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project management teams.
• Implement best practices in risk management, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager in real estate development or construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven record of managing large-scale developments within the UAE or GCC.
• Candidates with prior experience in the same industry will have a strong advantage.
