Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a proven track record in Oil & Gas shutdowns?

We're looking for a technically strong and hands-on professional to lead mechanical shutdown and maintenance projects—focused on operational excellence, fabrication, and equipment revamps (not construction).

This role requires expertise in lip seal welding, shutdown piping, and working with high-pressure systems such as furnaces and heat exchangers.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead end-to-end mechanical shutdown & maintenance projects

✔ Oversee lip seal welding, fabrication, and piping works

✔ Manage revamp of furnaces, exchangers, and pressure systems

✔ Coordinate with QA/QC, engineering, and procurement

✔ Ensure compliance with ASME, AWS, ISO standards

✔ Conduct risk assessments and drive safe project execution

🛠 Core Skills

Shutdown & turnaround expertise (Oil & Gas only)

Lip seal welding know-how

Strong command over materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, alloys

NDT, WPS, PQR, WPQ familiarity

Leadership & problem-solving in high-pressure environments

📌 Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)

✅ 10+ years in Oil & Gas maintenance & shutdowns (construction experience not considered)

🌍 Middle East experience preferred

🏅 PMP certification is a plus
