Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the STP plant and pump systems.
• Coordinate activities of plant operators, technicians, and maintenance teams.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in STP plant and pump operation.
• Technical or diploma qualification preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
