Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: 3–5 years in Banking | 2+ years in Sanctions Screening

Candidates who are currently in UAE will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and manage first-level screening of payments in line with global Sanctions and AML/CTF regulations.

Collaborate with Group Compliance to implement a robust compliance monitoring program across jurisdictions.

Supervise and develop a high-performing team of screening analysts and managers.

Identify system optimization opportunities and help shape future compliance strategies.

Provide regular insights through KPI/KRI reporting and regulatory updates.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or Risk (AML/Compliance certifications preferred).

3–5 years of experience in a reputable bank with at least 2 years in a Sanctions Screening role.

Strong grasp of global sanctions regulations (e.g., OFAC, UN, EU, CBUAE).

Excellent analytical, investigative, and team leadership skills.
