🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all security operations across communities, VIP residential properties, and managed estates

Train, supervise, and evaluate security personnel and guards

Coordinate and manage day & night shifts

Develop and enforce security policies and procedures

Respond to incidents and coordinate with law enforcement when required

Conduct regular site inspections and ensure security compliance

Prepare security reports and risk assessments

✅ Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic & English is a must

Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within real estate, gated communities, or VIP residential settings

Strong leadership and crisis management skills

Familiar with UAE security standards and regulations

Experience in guard force training and shift management
