Key Responsibilities

-Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports

-Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations

-Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes

-Maintain compliance with UAE tax laws (VAT) and relevant financial regulations

-Support internal audits

-Monitor and analyze accounting data to ensure accuracy and consistency

-Lead process improvement initiatives within the finance department

-Assist in inventory accounting and cost control for retail and F&B operations

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including retail, operations, and HR

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

-CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred

-Minimum 2 years of accounting experience

-Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws and local financial regulations

-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, or ERP systems)

-Advanced Excel skills

-Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

-High attention to detail and ability to work independently
