Training Executive – Oman

• Develop and conduct training programs for restaurant teams
• Train employees on food preparation, product quality, customer service, hygiene, food safety and brand standards
• Deliver onboarding and refresher training for new and existing employees
• Prepare training materials, SOPs, assessments and training calendars
• Conduct outlet visits to evaluate employee performance and operational compliance
• Identify training gaps and coordinate corrective or follow-up training
• Train and support supervisors and managers in coaching their teams
• Maintain training records and submit regular progress reports
• Support new outlet openings and introduction of new products or procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of training experience in a pizza chain / QSR or restaurant environment
• Strong practical understanding of pizza preparation and restaurant operations
• Previous experience as an Operational Trainer, Restaurant Trainer or Training Executive
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and customer-service standards
• Confident presentation, coaching and communication skills
• Proficiency in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
• Willingness to travel regularly between outlets and work flexible hours when required
• Candidates with GCC experience will be preferred
