Conducts competency assessments to identify technical skill gaps and Electrical training needs.
Planning and structuring of Electrical training programs to align with the overall objectives of KAHRAMAA support departments and functions.
Development and customization of Electrical training programs and related materials.
Supports the implementation and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).
Evaluates the effectiveness of Electrical training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance data, and recommends improvements based on insights and participant input.
Utilizes digital tools and platforms to enhance training delivery, monitoring, and tracking.
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of training content with KAHRAMAA's strategic goals.
Analyses Electrical training programs and prepares reports on outcomes, trends, and return on investment (ROI) for management review.
Coordinates with the Senior Training Specialist – Electrical to ensure effective delivery of Electrical training programs, monitor their impact, and implement improvements as required.
Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager, in alignment with KAHRAMAA's objectives.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering; a postgraduate qualification in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferred.
Minimum of six years of experience in Learning and Development in a similar role.
Bilingual proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English is preferred.
