Join us as a Compliance Officer and help shape our compliance culture while ensuring regulatory excellence across all levels of our organization.
As a part of our senior leadership team, you’ll lead our compliance initiatives, manage regulatory risks, and champion ethical business practices across the company.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance laws, broking regulations, and solvency standards.
Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks; strengthen internal control systems.
Develop, implement, and review compliance-related policies and procedures.
Lead compliance awareness and training programs across the business.
Monitor, investigate, and report compliance breaches to management.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting and disclosures.
Conduct internal compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
✅ Ideal Candidate:
Experience in the insurance broking industry (India or GCC preferred).
Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and local compliance frameworks.
Expertise in risk management, internal controls, and regulatory reporting.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Certifications like CCEP, CAMS, or similar are an added advantage.
