Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the Printer Toner Cartridge industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be currently based in Dubai, hold Indian nationality, and be well-versed with the local market. This is a field sales role that involves daily visits, cold calling, and strategic targeting of Tier 1 and Enterprise (ENT) accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire Tier 1 and Enterprise clients for printer toner cartridge sales.
• Lead and motivate a team of field sales executives, ensuring they meet daily/weekly targets.
• Conduct 4-5 field visits daily to introduce company products and services.
• Perform cold visits and targeted client meetings to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Close high-value deals and maintain long-term business relationships with key clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.
• Regularly report on sales performance and team progress to senior management.

Requirements:

• Indian nationality (mandatory).
• Currently residing in Dubai (mandatory).
• Minimum 3-5 years of field sales experience in printer toner cartridges within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and enterprise account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to work in the field and meet clients face-to-face.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
