Prolific Xpert (PX) has partnered with a leading organization in Qatar to drive a high-impact identity transformation. We’re seeking an RSA Security Consultant – Governance & Lifecycle Specialist to bring clarity, compliance, and control to a complex enterprise environment.

About the Role

This isn’t just another contract — it’s an opportunity to reshape identity governance, streamline processes, and enhance security posture for a mission-critical program. You’ll be at the center of access control strategy, automation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and optimize RSA IGL (Governance & Lifecycle) modules.
• Design and implement lifecycle events, reviews, and workflows.
• Integrate RSA IGL with enterprise applications, directories, and authentication systems.
• Automate identity provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
• Conduct compliance audits and translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Create thorough technical documentation and process guides.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in RSA IGL (Governance & Lifecycle) administration and customization.
• Strong knowledge of identity access flows, compliance frameworks, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with connector development and workflow customization.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex permission and access issues in large environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in high-stakes, fast-paced settings.
