Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of property consultants
• Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies for off-plan and ready properties
• Provide training, coaching, and daily support to the team
• Maintain strong client and developer relationships
• Handle high-value negotiations and closing of deals
• Report on team performance and contribute to strategic planning

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate experience
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role
• Proven sales track record, especially in off-plan properties
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills
• Must be currently in the UAE and available to join immediately
