We are looking for an experienced and safety-driven Scaffolding Supervisor for an Oil & Gas Project. The ideal candidate should possess strong site supervision skills and thorough knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and industrial practices.

Role Overview

• Supervise scaffolding erection, inspection, modification, and dismantling activities

• Ensure all scaffolding work is carried out in compliance with NSH standards and HSE regulations

• Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and project teams

• Monitor workforce productivity and ensure safe work practices on site

• Perform regular inspections and report safety observations

Requirements

• Valid CSIR Certification

• Experience in onshore oil & gas / industrial projects

• Strong understanding of scaffolding safety procedures and standards

• Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills

• Ability to manage site activities efficiently under project timelines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects, major Gulf experience
• Strong knowledge of inspection procedures, quality standards, and documentation
• Familiarity with international codes and standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, and ISO
• Approval from any company is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections for construction, fabrication, and installation activities
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality procedures
• Conduct material receiving inspections and verify traceability records
• Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation
• Monitor welding, piping, structural, mechanical, or instrumentation activities as applicable
• Ensure testing and inspection activities are carried out as per ITP requirements
• Maintain quality records and support audit activities
