Step into a specialist ENT / Audiology role within one of the Gulf’s most advanced public hospital systems. Through Global Medical Recruiting (GMR), you’ll be introduced to Qatar’s leading public healthcare provider, working in modern, JCI-accredited hospitals alongside an international team of physicians and audiologists.
You’ll perform advanced ear surgeries (e.g. cochlear implants, tympanoplasty, mastoidectomy), manage chronic ear disease, and work closely with audiologists on pre- and post-surgical hearing assessments as part of a high-acuity ENT service.
Package & benefits
- Grade 113 specialist post – total salary 30,200 QAR/month, tax-free (non-negotiable)
- Salary includes basic pay plus market, professional, transport and mobile allowances
- Free family accommodation provided
- 40 days’ annual leave per year
- Schooling allowance for up to 3 children (ages 5–18)
- Annual economy flights for you and eligible dependants (joining, yearly & repatriation)
- Baggage allowance and conference entitlement every 2 years
Family benefits apply only if dependants reside in Qatar under your sponsorship. Final salary and benefits remain at the employer’s discretion.
Candidate profile
- International applicants only – currently outside Qatar (overseas hire)
- Qualified ENT Specialist / Otolaryngologist with strong otology/audiology focus
- Valid home-country license to practice as a Specialist
- Eligible for Specialist registration and licensing in Qatar
- Confident performing ear surgeries and managing complex ENT/audiology cases
- Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary, teaching-focused environment
