Global Staff Solutions is currently hiring a Lead Electrical Design Engineer for a prestigious project involving TRANSCO 400/220/132kV Substations and ADDC/AADC 33/11kV Primary Substations.

Location: United Arab Emirates

Salary Budget: AED 16,000 – 18,000 (Lump Sum)

Candidate Requirements:

10–15 years of UAE experience in substation design and engineering

Strong expertise in substation electrical design, control schematics, and relay coordination (ETAP)

Experience preparing MRs & TBEs for GIS, MV/LV switchgear, transformers, and protection systems

Sound knowledge of IEEE/IEC standards and local compliance regulations

Proven ability to coordinate with civil, MEP, and site teams

Hands-on in SAT/FAT procedures, red markup approvals, and engineering support during commissioning

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end electrical design and documentation

Conduct load flow analysis, logic diagram development, and BOQ preparation

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for technical approvals

Support installation, testing, and commissioning phases as required
