Position Summary:

The HR Officer will manage recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and labour accommodation — ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Laws while fostering a positive and productive work culture.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Hindi (other languages a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5–10 years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or steel fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, HR software, and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
