We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager (10–15 years) to lead operational strategy, team management, and client delivery for fit-out, joinery and interiors projects in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Lead, mentor and develop the operations team, driving efficiency and accountability.
• Optimize processes, resources and workflows to enhance performance and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and client satisfaction benchmarks.
• Report on KPIs and recommend operational improvements to senior management.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience with strong background in fit-out, joinery or interiors.
• Proven experience leading large teams and managing multiple projects.
• Excellent planning, communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE market experience required and availability to join as per employer timelines.
