- Organize and facilitate meetings, events, and special functions
- Draft, edit, and manage official documentation and correspondence
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and travel coordination for senior staff
- Maintain records and manage departmental databases and filing systems
- Mentor junior staff and supervise assigned trainees
- Oversee office supplies, logistics, and administrative workflows
- Participate in ongoing training to support personal and team development
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in administrative roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and data management software
- Experience in event planning and report writing is an advantage
