About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our market entry and expansion efforts across Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait. This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving enterprise sales revenue.
You will work closely with and report directly to the Head – Middle East, playing a critical role in shaping our presence in these emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait
- Identify and convert enterprise sales opportunities across key verticals
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, pitching, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Collaborate with internal functions (pre-sales, delivery, product, marketing) for solution alignment and execution
- Provide market insights, pipeline updates, and strategic input to the ME Head
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5-12 years of successful enterprise sales experience in the Middle East, preferably in Oman, Bahrain, or Kuwait
- Strong regional network and understanding of local business cultures
- Bilingual: Fluent in English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred)
- Background in selling technology, SaaS, IT services, or business transformation solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
- Preference for Omani nationals or candidates with strong in-region networks
