Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet, scan, and direct staff, faculty, students, and visitors.
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system promptly (within three rings).
- Provide accurate information on gym programs, classes, and policies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and document preparation.
- Maintain fitness records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Schedule appointments and route important documents appropriately.
- Keep reception area tidy; monitor resource needs and report issues to management.
- Support miscellaneous tasks and assist with day-to-day operations as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar administrative or customer service role.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; culturally inclusive attitude.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service know-how.
- Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office software.
