With a focus on both physical fitness and mental toughness, UFC GYM combines cutting-edge workout equipment with specialized classes and training techniques designed to help members of all fitness levels achieve their goals.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Membership Specialist at UFC GYM UAE in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves daily tasks such as generating leads, providing excellent customer service, sales assistance, training support, and effective communication with members to ensure a positive gym experience.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Training abilities
• Sales experience in fitness or hospitality industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of fitness programs and equipment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in fitness industry as membership consultant.
• Must be present in UAE
• Willing to relocate to other Emirates
