Job Description:

Falcon Survey Engineering Consultants is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyors to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in land and construction surveying, be proficient in using modern surveying instruments, and possess strong technical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveys and site inspections for construction, infrastructure, and land development projects.
• Operate surveying equipment including Total Stations, GPS, Auto Levels, and Digital Theodolites.
• Collect and analyze data for topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
• Prepare accurate survey reports, sketches, and field notes.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure precise implementation.
• Set out and mark structures and reference points on the ground.
• Maintain and calibrate instruments and equipment regularly.
• Ensure compliance with UAE surveying regulations and project specifications.
• Assist in preparing and checking CAD drawings and survey plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of surveying tools, techniques, and instruments.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other survey software is an advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
