Step into a pediatric OT specialist role in one of the Middle East’s most advanced public hospital systems. Through Global Medical Recruiting (GMR) – an international healthcare recruitment agency established in 2007 – you’ll be introduced to Qatar’s leading public healthcare provider, working in modern, JCI-accredited hospitals and pediatric services.
You’ll join a large, multidisciplinary team, providing specialist occupational therapy to children with neurodevelopmental conditions, and play a key role in assessment, intervention planning and family education across both inpatient and outpatient pediatric settings. Fluent Arabic is required for this role.
What’s on offer
- Tax-free Grade 112 OT Specialist package – total salary 16,900 QAR/month (non-negotiable)

Who we’re looking for
- Overseas candidates only – currently not practicing in Qatar
- Qualified Occupational Therapist meeting one of these pathways:
- BSc OT (WFOT-accredited) + 5+ years clinical experience
- BSc OT (non-WFOT) + 7+ years clinical experience
- 3-year OT Diploma (WFOT) + entry-level Master’s + 6+ years clinical experience
- Valid home-country OT license covering the required years of experience
- Specialist pediatric OT experience with neurodevelopmental disorders (developmental delay, ASD), feeding and social communication therapy, and school-aged children
- Experience across inpatient and outpatient pediatric services and confident using assistive technology to enhance function
- Fluent Arabic plus good English communication skills
