Step into a specialist Interventional Cardiology role in one of the Middle East’s most advanced public hospital systems. Through Global Medical Recruiting (GMR) – an international healthcare recruitment agency established in 2007 – you’ll be introduced to Qatar’s leading public healthcare provider, working in modern, JCI-accredited hospitals with a high-acuity cardiology caseload.
You’ll join a large, multicultural team of cardiologists and allied professionals, performing interventional procedures, managing complex cardiovascular patients, and contributing to MDT meetings, teaching and service development within this respected government hospital group.
Package & benefits
- Grade 113 Specialist role – total salary 30,200 QAR/month, tax-free (non-negotiable)
- Salary structure includes basic pay plus market allowance, professional allowance, transport allowance and GSM/mobile allowance
- Free family housing (accommodation provided)
- 40 days’ annual leave per year
- Schooling allowance for up to 3 children (ages 5–18)
- Annual economy flights for you and eligible dependants (joining, yearly and repatriation)
- Baggage allowance on joining and repatriation
- Conference entitlement every 2 years (after 18 months’ service) – up to 9 days including travel
Family benefits apply only if dependants live in Qatar under your sponsorship. All compensation and benefits remain at the discretion of the employer.
Candidate profile
- Overseas candidates only – currently not practicing in Qatar
- Qualified Cardiologist Specialist, ideally with strong Interventional Cardiology experience
- Valid home-country license to practice as a Specialist Physician
- Eligible for Specialist registration and licensing in Qatar
- Solid post-specialist experience in interventional and general cardiology in a tertiary hospital setting
- Comfortable working in a busy, multidisciplinary, teaching-focused environment
