Are you a tech-savvy Business Analyst with solid experience in SMS Banking, Call Center, and IVR systems? If yes, we want to hear from you!

One of our leading banking clients in Qatar is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in digital banking channels and core banking systems.

🧩 Key Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s in Computer Science, MIS, or related field

✅ 6+ years in IT within the banking sector

✅ Expertise in analyzing and testing SMS Banking, Call Center Applications, IVR, Online & Mobile Banking

✅ Familiar with Equation/Core Banking systems

✅ Strong knowledge of Open Banking APIs

✅ Skilled in BRS review, test case creation, SIT/UAT testing, and defect lifecycle management

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate system analysis and business requirements

Document processes and changes across systems

Conduct regression testing and user training support

Ensure strict data protection and confidentiality

Follow up on system incidents and timely resolution

🌟 Preferred Skills:

Bilingual (English essential, Arabic preferred)

Strong business process mapping & documentation

Team collaboration & stakeholder coordination

Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
