We are hiring for the following role:

🔹 Position: Contract Engineer

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

🧠 Experience: 5+ years in the UAE (must be in contracting/infrastructure — civil only)

💰 Salary: AED 5,000 – 8,000

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Review & evaluate tenders for project alignment

✔️ Analyze tender documents for compliance & qualifications

✔️ Draft, review & finalize contracts (incl. subcontractors)

✔️ Ensure legal compliance, especially with FIDIC standards

✔️ Coordinate with legal for negotiation of terms

✔️ Manage contracts end-to-end (milestones, variations, claims)

✔️ Act as liaison between client & contractor to resolve disputes

✔️ Process EOTs, cost variations & claims efficiently

✔️ Support dispute resolution (mediation/arbitration)

✔️ Monitor costs vs contract value — stay within budget

✔️ Verify completed work before processing payments

✔️ Identify & mitigate risks early in the project

✔️ Ensure legal, HSE & regulatory compliance

✔️ Oversee procurement for materials & services

✔️ Negotiate with vendors, ensure timely delivery

✔️ Communicate key contract terms to project/finance teams

✔️ Ensure timely tender submissions

✅ Requirements:

🎓 bachelor’s in civil engineering / construction management / business

🛠️ 5+ years’ UAE experience in contract management (civil/infra)

📘 Strong knowledge of FIDIC & construction law

💬 Excellent negotiation & problem-solving skills

💻 Proficient in MS Office & contract management tools
