We’re assisting a Dubai-based diversified group with established operations in West Africa in hiring an HR Manager for their Dubai office.

This is a generalist role covering end-to-end HR management for the UAE entity and cross-border HR coordination for West Africa, with a focus on expatriate staff.

Core responsibilities:

- Partner with business heads to align talent priorities with evolving business needs

- Coordinate recruitment with hiring managers and external partners

- Manage the full employee lifecycle for Dubai staff and West Africa-based expatriates

- Lead formal performance cycles with functional heads

- Drive employee relations and retention measures

- Payroll management for the Dubai office and coordinating Africa payroll inputs with local partners
