Senior Quality Assurance Controller – Abu Dhabi

Support the Strategic & Performance Management System across the company.
Monitor SMART Objectives, KPIs and corporate scorecards.
Collect, validate and consolidate performance data from divisions, rigs and business units.
Prepare Corporate, Divisional, Rig, KPI Progress and other performance reports.
Participate in QPR, Pre-retreat meetings and prepare accurate MOMs.
Ensure KPI data accuracy and resolve discrepancies as per index cards.
Coordinate with focal points and resolve reporting issues.
Maintain confidentiality and manage report archiving (soft & hard copy) and publish reports on myWorkplace (ADNOC Drilling Intranet).
Liaise with Facilities Management and participate in performance review meetings.
Understand all divisions, rigs and business units to stay updated on key developments.
Provide training and guidance to staff and field employees on performance management and service improvement.
Salary Package: Basic Salary AED 16,500, Accommodation / Food & Transportation Allowance AED 7,500, Other Allowance AED 6,000, Air Fare Allowance AED 500, Total Salary AED 30,500 per month.
Benefits: Medical Insurance for you, Wife & 1 Kid; Annual Leave: 365 Days / 30 Calendar Days (Paid Leave); End of Service Benefit as per UAE Labor Law; Long Term Employment; 2 Months Resignation Notice Period; Normal Working Hours: 40/48 Hours per Week (5 Days / Week) (Occasionally extended hours as per ADNOC requirements).
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management or related discipline.
8 – 12+ years of experience in Performance Management, Quality Assurance, Corporate Planning or related field.
Oil & Gas / Drilling industry experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of KPI management, business reporting, scorecards and strategic planning.
Excellent analytical, reporting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
