Oversees, analyses, and processes Position Management Requests within the SAP system, ensuring precision and efficiency.
Supports the design, testing, and seamless implementation of HR modules such as HCM, Ticketing Systems, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time & Labor, Payroll, and Compensation in the SAP environment.
Assists HR Business Partners in executing complex transactions, including reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale data processing activities.
Collaborates closely with HRIT on routine HR data audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
Establishes and upholds position management standards in partnership with HRIT and Talent teams, ensuring robust processes and reporting capabilities.
Identifies and escalates SAP functional issues, working with HRIT to implement effective resolutions.
Prepares severance-related reports for accounting, payroll, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
Ensures timely resolution of employment date corrections in coordination with HR.
Creates and maintains user support materials for SAP self-service areas; partners with Learning teams for onboarding and leadership enablement.
Works alongside the Senior HR Data Analyst to maintain data accuracy and SOX compliance.
Drafts and executes basic SAP queries as needed.
Contributes to the upkeep of the HR Governance Handbook.
