AYA Boutique Holiday Home Rental is seeking a strategic and resourceful Business Development Manager to lead the charge in onboarding premium units in Dubai’s top locations —without relying on marketing-generated leads.

Your Mission:

Onboard high-end properties in prime Dubai areas—through your own business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure premium properties for short-term rental
• Build and manage strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and developers
• Work independently to generate leads, pitch our services, and close deals
• Collaborate effectively with the marketing team—you won’t execute campaigns, but you must understand their process, strategy, and tool

✅ Requirements:

• Proven success in business development within real estate, property management, or short-term rentals
• Strong network within Dubai’s premium property market
• UAE driving license and access to a car (mandatory)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals—not to execute, but to effectively collaborate and align with the marketing team
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive attitude

We’re looking for a proactive and client-focused Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in matching clients with the right rental or sales opportunities while building lasting relationships in the market.

Your Mission:

Deliver exceptional real estate services—from first contact to closing deals—while staying ahead of market trends and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences for rental and sales properties
• Conduct property viewings and highlight key features to prospective buyers and tenants
• Prepare and manage accurate property listings for both rentals and sales
• Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts
• Ensure all agreements are legally compliant and documentation is complete
• Manage the full sales or leasing process—from viewings to contract signing
• Stay up to date on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and agents
• Proactively generate leads through referrals, networking, and online platforms
• Work closely with marketing to align property promotions with client demand

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a real estate agent in the UAE
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai and the wider UAE, including current developer projects.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident in working independently
• UAE Driving license & access to a car (mandatory)
