Are you a results-driven closer with a passion for luxury real estate and a solid understanding of how to work hand-in-hand with marketing teams? Do you thrive when building your own pipeline and delivering high-value results independently?

AYA Boutique Holiday Home Rental is seeking a strategic and resourceful Business Development Manager to lead the charge in onboarding premium units in Dubai’s top locations —without relying on marketing-generated leads.

Your Mission:

Onboard high-end properties in prime Dubai areas—through your own business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure premium properties for short-term rental
• Build and manage strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and developers
• Work independently to generate leads, pitch our services, and close deals
• Collaborate effectively with the marketing team—you won’t execute campaigns, but you must understand their process, strategy, and tool

✅ Requirements:

• Proven success in business development within real estate, property management, or short-term rentals
• Strong network within Dubai’s premium property market
• UAE driving license and access to a car (mandatory)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals—not to execute, but to effectively collaborate and align with the marketing team
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive attitude
