Requirements

• Degree in IT/Industrial Engineering is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely availability of products
• Track supplier performance, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth product flow.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Analyze demand, purchasing trends, inventory turnover, and product availability.

Our Client, an European Manufacturing & Rental Group specialized in tower cranes is looking to hire for an Operations Manager for their Dubai branch.

Skillsets :

- Graduate in any Engineering discipline is mandatory

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a Managerial role handling Tower Crane Technical Operations

Responsibilities

- Overall Operations Management of the Tower Cranes

- Oversee the movement of all cranes within our fleet, including assembly and disassembly procedures

- Develop the operating manual with necessary details of operating policies and procedures as well as the safety procedures for the proper carrying out of all operating functions of Tower Cranes.

- Coordinate with the sales managers to arrange for dismantling and erection of cranes and hoists arrange for deliveries and collection

- Ensure all daily, monthly and annual site Inspections are completed in a timely manner

- Stay in constant communication with the maintenance department on large repairs

- Smooth installation and repair of all equipment, planning and implementing of maintenance schedules and the resolution of technical problems

🔹 POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Advanced Manufacturing Technician will play a critical role in commissioning new equipment, developing manufacturing processes, supporting prototype and product development projects, and maintaining world-class operational standards across the workshop.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Commission, qualify, and operate advanced manufacturing equipment.

Support CNC machining, EDM, waterjet cutting, hybrid manufacturing, and metal additive manufacturing activities.

Develop and maintain operating procedures, safety documentation, and maintenance schedules.

Support prototype development and low-volume manufacturing projects.

Collaborate with engineers, researchers, startups, students, and industry partners.

Hands-on experience operating CNC milling and turning equipment, preferably HAAS or equivalent industrial systems.

Experience/exposure to EDM, waterjet systems, advanced machining equipment, or similar technologies is highly desirable.

Familiarity with CAM software and manufacturing workflows.

Exposure to hybrid manufacturing or metal additive manufacturing is an advantage.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and manufacturing documentation.
