Logistic Coordinator — Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a Logistic Coordinator with JAFZA experience handling bulk agricultural commodities (wheat, barley, grains, rice, etc.) and/or fertilizers. The role involves coordination across clearing, freight forwarding, documentation, customs clearance, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle clearing and freight forwarding operations for bulk agri-commodities and fertilizers.
• Prepare and manage export/import documentation and shipping paperwork.
• Coordinate customs clearance processes and liaise with customs authorities.
• Arrange and manage transportation and delivery logistics.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipments.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in JAFZA operations.
• Experience with bulk agricultural commodities and/or fertilizers preferred.
• Practical knowledge of customs clearance and freight forwarding procedures.
• Strong documentation and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
