We are looking for a 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆-𝘁𝗼-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 of our properties and ensure smooth facility management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage teams and vendors effectively.

📌 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Supervise daily facility operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.

• Ensure all facilities, equipment, and systems are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs and maintenance.

• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and monitor progress.

• Manage facility-related budgets, inventory, and procurement of materials.

• Handle tenant/occupant requests and resolve facility-related issues promptly.

• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and compliance records.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.

🎯 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management / Engineering / related field (preferred).

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facility management or supervision.

• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, etc.).

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a team effectively.
