Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Engineer based in Dubai. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project estimations, and performing civil engineering tasks. The role involves detailed research, negotiations with suppliers and contractors, and providing accurate cost estimates for various projects.
Qualifications
Experience in BOQ preparation and Project Estimation
Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and practices
Strong Research skills for accurate data collection and analysis
Effective Negotiation skills with suppliers and contractors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Previous experience in the interior fit-out and construction industry is an advantage
