🔍 About the Role:

Traverse Technology Services is hiring an Administrator – Treasury Operations for a leading financial institution in Dubai. This 6-month onsite role is ideal for candidates experienced in FX/MM operations, Nostro management, and treasury compliance, looking to contribute to a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Confirm and book FX and MM deals accurately in internal systems

Assist with Central Bank BRF submissions based on treasury data

Monitor currency positions across branches and suggest coverage strategies

Ensure FX/MM dealer transactions stay within approved limits

Validate exchange and deposit rates for accuracy before customer communication

Reconcile customer deals with bank Forex transactions to avoid position mismatches

Track and record Precious Metal transactions within set limits

Review Parity Tolerance Reports to prevent rate errors and financial loss

Analyze daily FX profit/loss statements to flag anomalies

Manage Nostro accounts and ensure proper reconciliation across departments

📌 Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university

2–4 years’ experience in a treasury operations role within banking

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Strong command of English (spoken and written)

Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail

Effective communicator with internal teams and external branches
