Job Description:

• Proficient in Asian cuisines including Japanese, Sushi, and Thai dishes.
• Prepare and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are maintained.
• Maintain ingredient inventory and assist with menu development.
• Basic knowledge of computers, Excel, and email required.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in reputable 4-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, or culinary institutes.
• Fluent in English.
