🔹 Position: ERP Support Engineer

📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

💼 Department: IT / ERP Support

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

💡 Provide technical support for ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.) in the healthcare sector

🔧 Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate ERP issues efficiently

⚙️ Enhance ERP functionality to meet organizational needs

📊 Maintain and monitor ERP system performance, ensuring smooth operations

💾 Assist with SQL queries and database support (SQL knowledge is a plus)

📑 Document technical procedures, system configurations, and support guidelines

🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP workflows

🔹 Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field

📅 3+ years of ERP support experience, preferably in healthcare

🧩 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

💻 Knowledge of SQL and ERP system administration is highly desirable

🗣️ Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
