Job Purpose:

To deliver end-to-end technical support across the organization — ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing IT service operations. Focus on ITSM, data protection, and infrastructure stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage enterprise IT infrastructure

• Install/configure Windows Server, AD, Office 365

• FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, NAT rules, security policies

• Enforce Group Policies, manage access control

• Troubleshoot across hardware, software, network

• Handle LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, printers, PBX

• Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

• System backups, disaster recovery readiness

• Maintain IT asset tracking & SOPs

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or similar

• Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+, MCSE, Microsoft Azure/365, FortiGate

• 3–7 years of IT support experience

• Strong troubleshooting & communication skills

• Familiarity with ITIL, Active Directory, Defender

• Able to manage multiple priorities independently
