Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Network Officer with hands-on expertise in managing and supporting Cisco environments. The individual will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing network infrastructure, as well as supporting events to ensure seamless connectivity and addressing all network-related requirements.

🟡 Manage and support Cisco-based network infrastructure, including DNA Center, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems.

🟡 Provide on-site and remote network support for live events, ensuring performance and uptime.

🟡 Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.

🟡 Implement and enforce network security policies aligned with industry standards.

🟡 Monitor network performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.

🟡 Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and stakeholders on network-related projects.

🟡 Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and changes.

🟡 Requires 3–5 years of enterprise networking experience and certifications such as CCNA/CCNP.
