🚨 We’re Hiring – IT Support Engineer (Dubai, UAE) 🚨

We are hiring for one of our clients in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of IT support experience and strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, networking, and system administration.

💻 Role Overview

As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth system performance, handling troubleshooting, and keeping the business connected, secure, and efficient.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Provide daily IT support for users and business operations.

Manage and troubleshoot Office 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy (GPO).

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls).

Ensure endpoint security, backups, and compliance with IT policies.

Handle IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, etc.).

Liaise with vendors and escalate issues where required.

Assist with IT onboarding, documentation, and basic training for staff.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

2–5 years of proven experience as an IT Support Engineer / System Administrator.

Strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, GPO, and networking.

Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware/software issues.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Must be currently based in Dubai.
