Step into a senior Neonatologist Specialist role in one of the Middle East’s most advanced public hospital systems. Through Global Medical Recruiting (GMR) – an international healthcare recruitment agency established in 2007 – you’ll be introduced to Qatar’s leading public healthcare provider, working in modern, JCI-accredited hospitals with high-acuity NICU patients.
You’ll join a large, multicultural team drawn from 90+ countries, provide specialist care to critically ill and premature newborns in NICU, and contribute to teaching, clinical guidelines and quality improvement across this respected government hospital group.
What’s on offer
- Tax-free Grade 113 specialist package – total salary 34,900 QAR/month (non-negotiable)

Who we’re looking for
- Experienced Neonatologist / Pediatrician with Neonatology speciality at Specialist level
- Valid home-country license and eligible for Specialist registration in Qatar
- Strong experience in NICU in a tertiary hospital setting, confident managing complex neonatal intensive care cases
- Currently practicing outside Qatar (overseas hire only)
- Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary, teaching environment and engaged in quality and patient safety
