PMO Consultant — Onsite (Bahrain)

Location: Manama, Bahrain (Onsite)

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced PMO Consultant to join a banking-sector programme focused on procurement digitalization. The role requires strong PMO delivery experience, stakeholder management, and hands-on expertise with Coupa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead PMO activities for procurement digitalization projects including planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with business, IT, vendors and implementation partners to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Define project governance, RACI, risk registers, and escalate issues to senior stakeholders.
• Manage change control, project documentation, status dashboards and steering committee updates.
• Support testing, cutover planning and post-implementation reviews for Coupa deployments.

Requirements:

• 10–12 years of PMO experience, with mandatory Banking sector background.
• Proven track record in procurement digitalization projects.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa Procurement Platform (implementation/integration/support).
• Strong stakeholder management, programme reporting and governance skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
