Position: Production Supervisor

Industry Experience: Mandatory – Perfume Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead production operations and supervise manufacturing processes specific to the perfume industry.
• Maintain adherence to safety standards and comply with production regulatory requirements.
• Use production management software and Microsoft Office tools efficiently for planning and reporting.
• Ensure smooth workflow in a high-paced environment, managing priorities with flexibility.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting of production output, safety, and quality control.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Must have relevant experience in the perfume production industry.
• Environment: Experience working in factories or manufacturing units is essential.
• Education: Minimum high school diploma; additional technical certification or a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related fields is advantageous.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management tools.
• Languages: Excellent command over Arabic and English (verbal & written).
• GCC Experience: Candidates with previous Gulf (GCC) work experience will be given preference.
