Recruiter — Data Centre Industry (Dubai, UAE)

Overview: We are seeking experienced Recruiters for one of our clients in the data centre sector, based in Dubai. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across technical and corporate roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple recruitment platforms.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Maintain and optimize recruitment databases and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of solid recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
• Experience in data centres, power, telecom, or construction sectors preferred.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring in technical and operational roles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and sourcing skills.
• Open to candidates already based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
