The role involves leading monthly business and profitability reviews, preparing annual budgets and forecasts in coordination with Finance and Asset Management, and conducting variance analyses to assess performance against targets. It includes preparing and maintaining cash flow forecasts, developing strategic business plans and financial models, and performing sensitivity analyses for acquisitions, disposals, and other scenarios. The role also supports investment evaluations, monitors expenses at various levels, and collaborates on monthly MIS reporting and automation efforts. Additionally, the position assists the CFO with treasury matters, loan covenant compliance, and lender communications, while also supporting the Group Head of Asset Management with cost optimization alongside any other delegated tasks.
